My name is Eydun Dam. I was born and raised on a group of
North Atlantic Island called the Faroe Islands. I started
studying cooking in Danmark at the age of 16, and received
my diploma as a fully qualified chef in 2000, at the age of 21.
Since then I worked around the world, all from sailing on
various Cruise Lines, big and smaller hotels, to fine dinning
restaurants. After so many years traveling around the globe I
found my home - Marbella. That´s why i decided to start my
own company to deliver my clients an unforgettable dining
experiences, only prepared with fresh,local and seasonal
products to the highest standard of our clients.
